On campus students must have a mail service account to receive mail and packages.
Incoming mail is received, photographed, and scanned into our system each business day. Our advanced management system tracks the chain of custody for every piece of letter mail and every package that enters our facility.
Once an item is scanned, you will receive an instant email notification containing high-resolution photos of your mail and tracking information for packages. This allows you to verify exactly what has arrived before you even leave your dorm. There is no longer a need to walk to Brown or Crosby Hall just to check for mail!
We accept mail from all major couriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Please note that all items are held for 14 business days; after this period, unclaimed items will be returned to the sender.
